THE GEIRANGER FJORDS

Overview:
The Geiranger fjord system, all part of the greater Storfjord, is truly the centerpiece of The Norway Fjords.  Being at this website, there is an excellent chance you've already seen stunning images from above Geiranger.  Though full with ferries and cruise ships, travelling the fjords by boat is a must, if only to experience the magnificent waterfalls and high perched fjord-side farms.  On land, hiking and scenic driving opportunities abound.  So expect some crowds and the rest will meet the great expectations.
